Heaven and Hell

Caught up in something.
Believing in a story, fable or legend--- so much so that it takes your mind away from 'the now'--- this is hell. Lost, misguided.

Heaven is in 'the now'. Anything that distracts from 'the now' is an illusion, a distraction.

When you are truly in the now, you experience a slice of heaven.
