Fall comes, leaves drop--- yet some linger on. Seemingly dead yet still attached to the tree. They don't want to let go.......but it is inevitable that they will drop.
Some detach themselves from the tree of life in all their glory---bright and beautiful.
Others shrivel while they are still on the tree.
Which would you be if given the choice?

Everything has a dark side. A light side and a dark side. Look at something as simple as a leaf on a tree in the summertime--- there is an upside that the sun shines upon, and then the underbelly. Opposites. Without opposites, that which is in question would not exist. It is only recognizable when or because it has an opposite.
